Founded in a non-competitive and nurturing environment, your child will practice asana sequences, through playing fun and challenging yoga style games, learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief.
It is so important in the early stages to learn methods of self-soothing, this creates independence for the child and allows them to have greater boundaries in day to day life.
This is also a great way to meet friends, create playdates and to keep your child away from the exposure to screens and focus more on the art of play in nature.
