One to One Yoga
One-to-one or partner sessions are a great way to enhance and deepen your practice.
I design and tailor a session to what suits your personal needs and goals, starting with a free consultation to outline any issues, injuries or areas I can help you improve.
Once we have formed an outline we can start the process and meet weekly or monthly in my home studio.
If you are not in the local area but wish to have 1:1 sessions, I offer Zoom as an alternative and pre-recorded personalised video’s for you to have a daily practice or to enjoy in your leisure time.
