My unique prenatal yoga class goes well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. I encourage community in the group and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible. We will address any aches or pains in your body so you will feel more at ease, make poses adaptable and your transition through different trimesters as smooth as possible. I aim for the class and individual to relax and have fun whilst being pregnant.
We work on different techniques ranging from breath work to partner stretches, adapting each move so everyone is involved and feeling supported, alongside this there is meditation for you and the baby allowing some time to really focus on the body and welcome in rest.
