Pregnancy Yoga

My unique prenatal yoga class goes well beyond simply modifying yoga poses. I encourage community in the group and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible.

Hatha Yoga

In these classes I like to take a holistic approach, working with the body but also letting go of emotions through movement. I teach Yoga from basic to advanced techniques.

Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga

As someone with chronic fatigue I know the importance of allowing undisturbed, full rest. Most people hear the word rest and they think of sleep, but what we mean by rest is allowing the body and the mind to have complete time out, to be nourished, nurtured and supported through gentle movement and grounding practices for the mind Ioffer these 3 beautiful practices to help welcome in rest.
